We hope you’ve already heard the big news. The grand opening for the Herbivorous Butcher‘s storefront in northeast Minneapolis is happening this weekend, Saturday, January 23 and Sunday, January 24 from 10am to 6pm each day. This milestone event for the vegan community is sure to be a lot of fun.
Throughout the grand opening weekend, the Herbivorous Butcher will have a number of promotions, giveaways, and a few special surprise guests. For the main event, they’ll be serving up their signature meat-free meats and cheese-free cheeses. For details, check out their Facebook event page.
