We’ve also got a variety of other ways for you to take action for the animals in the weeks to come. A couple highlights: We could use more hands on deck to table at Kosherfest on Sunday, and then we’ll need vegan bakers to contribute to our Valentine’s Day bake sale.

- Invite your friends to the 8th Annual Vegan Chili Cook-Off using the Facebook event page.
- Go to the event page.
- Click the “Share” tab.
- Click “Invite Friends.”
- A new window will appear allowing you to choose which of your friends to invite. Remember, this event is a great way to get your omnivore friends excited about plant-based cuisine, so don’t limit your invitations to just the veg community.
