- 14 ounces silken tofu
- 1/4 cup of nutritional yeast
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice (or juice from one fresh lemon)
Put all of the ingredients in a blender or food processor and a process for 1 to 2 minutes, until creamy and smooth.
