Ingredients
- 1 cup quinoa
- 1 diced Avocado
- Diced tomatoes or cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 cup green olives (sliced)
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Chopped basil leaves
- Salt to taste
- Pinch of cayenne pepper
- Italian seasoning
Instructions
Cook quinoa according to package directions. Remove from heat. Add remaining ingredients to pot and stir. Serve hot, or chill in refrigerator to serve cold.
