Ingredients:
- An onion
- Some garlic cloves
- A few hot peppers
- Oil
- A big can diced tomatoes
- A can of tomato paste
- 4 cans of random beans, rinsed
- Half to whole package of frozen veggie crumbles
- 2 cups water
- Salt to taste
- Pepper (1 tbs)
- Chili powder (1-3 tbs)
- Cayenne powder
Directions:
- Sauté onions with garlic cloves, hot peppers and oil until onions are translucent.
- Add canned tomatoes, tomato paste, canned beans, crumbles, water, salt, pepper, chili powder and cayenne powder.
- Simmer for about an hour, stirring regularly, then throw in a handful of frozen corn, and some sautéed or canned drained mushrooms.
- Remove from heat. Enjoy!
