Join us for Summer’s Last Hurrah, a festive vegan potluck at the home of Katie Tharp and Alex Tsatsoulis.
Here’s your chance to whip up your favorite summer dish, maybe for the last time until next summer. Think about using some of those fresh tomatoes and cucumbers from your garden or some other locally grown produce from the co-op or farmers market. Looking for a dish to bring? Try one of the summery recipes from the Vegangela blog. Or how how about one of these recipes from the Post Punk Kitchen?
Free, on-street parking is available. Bikes can be locked up on the front porch railing or parked inside the front porch or in the garage. The 21 bus route is also nearby.
We need a few people to help with some light setup, cleanup, and maintenance during the event. If you’d like to volunteer, email Justin Leaf at [email protected].
RSVP on our Facebook event page and bring friends. We welcome everyone! Let’s come together with our animal-friendly community to enjoy the beauty and bounty of summer as long as it lasts.
