Join Sonja Trom Eayrs (Lawyer and Farmer’s Daughter), Colleen Carpenter (Theology, St. Catherine University), Jeff Johnson (Philosophy, St. Catherine University), Christina Meyer-Jax (Nutrition Science), and Chris Petersen (Family Pig Farmer and SRAP Associate) for a panel discussion of the social justice, environmental, animal welfare, and public health impacts of factory farming in Minnesota.
