If you are interested in eating yummy vegan food, need some new recipes to add to your menu, and want to have great conversations with like-minded people, this group is for you!
Each month we make a vegan dish with a specific ingredient. The ingredient for this month will be posted here when it is selected! Prepare a main dish, side dish, dessert, or appetizer using the selected ingredient. Please bring the recipe or the list of ingredients to share, and please bring a reusable plate to cut down on waste. Your dish should not contain any meat, eggs, dairy, fish, butter, or derivatives of these products.
We will meet in the youth room of Salem Covenant Church – 339 North 59th Ave. W in Duluth. There is plenty of parking in the lot. Feel free to bring your veg-friendly friends!
