Tomato soup is one of the great comfort foods, enjoyed by kids and adults alike. Join our online class to learn how to make this low-calorie, soul-warming vegan staple.

In this class, you’ll discover how roasting veggies can boost the flavor profile of a dish with minimal preparation and tons of rewards. Be sure to bring your creative ideas, and be open to trying some new seasonings. We’ll even show you a version that uses coconut milk to create a creamier soup.

This recipe is one you’ll pull out on those cool fall evenings. Register today!

Class registration is $5.00 or free for students and people who are unemployed. The class will take place via Zoom and login instructions will be provided after registration.
