Join this family-friendly celebration sponsored by the Jain Center of Minnesota. The event will feature a presentation by Unny Nambudiripad, co-founder and former director of CAA, as well as Laura Matanah, CAA’s current director, on animal compassion and vegan food.
The event will feature vegan Indian food prepared by community members, a silent auction, henna, face-painting, games, and merchandise sales.
The celebration will take place at the Hindu Temple of Minnesota, a beautiful place of worship which is the largest Hindu temple in North America. You can see photos of the space here.
Admission is free! There will be optional opportunities to make donations for food and activities. All proceeds will go to benefit animal serving non-profits, including CAA. Please pre-register here by March 8.
