We’re delighted to return to an in-person potluck. We’re hosting the event in the larger space of Saint Paul Student Center to ensure there’s plenty of room for all to attend.
Our annual ThanksLiving potluck is an opportunity to enjoy an abundant array of delicious vegan food alongside members of our thriving compassionate community. Many thanks to The Herbivorous Butcher for their generous donations of vegan turkeys and gluten-free meatloaf.
We’ve got plenty of reasons to be grateful!
Please bring a vegan dish to share (no meat, milk, eggs, butter, cheese, or honey). We are aiming for a combination of appetizers, fruit and veggie salads, side dishes, main courses, desserts, and non-alcoholic beverages. Please bring an ingredient list to place next to your dish on the serving table.
If your last name begins with A through J, please bring a main dish or salad.
If your last name begins with K through R, please bring a side dish or appetizer (mashed potatoes and vegan gravy welcomed!)
If your last name begins with S through Z, please bring a dessert.
Please be sure to follow food safety practices in preparing your dish. For the first time this year we are very excited to offer you a plant-based food safety guide to help you with that. There weren’t any vegan specific versions so we created one to support you! It’s not a very exciting topic but it’s essential for a safe and fun event.
Please bring your own reusable plates and utensils. We will provide some compostable plates and utensils as back-up, and will be composting to minimize waste.
