Our Vegan Thanksgiving Potluck is our biggest potluck of the year, and it’s happening this Saturday, November 21. Can you lend a hand? To sign up for some fun volunteer opportunities, contact the event coordinator Paula Huerkamp at [email protected].
Also, our humane education program, Bridges of Respect, is looking for more volunteers to assist with upcoming presentations. If you’re interested in getting involved and moving the minds and hearts of young people with the message of compassion, you’re welcome to attend the orientation meeting this Sunday, November 22.
We’ll be creating another year-end slideshow and will want to incorporate a few sound bites from our volunteers. If you’ll be at Saturday’s potluck and have a few words to share about what you appreciate about CAA, find me so that I can take a couple minutes to make an audio recording.
Best wishes,
Justin Leaf, Communications & Events Coordinator
