Curious about crafting balanced, plant-based meals that nourish your body and work with your life? Join us for an engaging presentation by dietitian Lauren Plunkett, on healthy vegan eating.

After the presentation, we’ll make a flavorful dish with cannellini beans, and sample it together.

At this presentation and cooking demo, you’ll:

  • Learn how to create well-rounded, plant-based meals with practical tips from an expert.
  • Gain confidence in meeting all of your nutritional needs without animal products.
  • Get answers to all your nutritional questions and curiosities in an open Q&A session.
  • Make and sample a delicious, nutritious bean dish together. 

Whether you’re doing Veganuary this year, totally new to vegan nutrition, or are vegan and looking for reliable information, you are welcome here!
