Twin Cities Veg Fest is almost here! If you’ve signed up to volunteer at the festival on September 19, please attend either the in-person orientation or the Zoom orientation. And if you haven’t signed up, you can sign up to volunteer here!
6pm Pre-Orientation w/Committee Members and Team Leads
If you are a Team Lead or Committee Member, we’ll see you during this time to run through the schedule and additional information. Meet us in front of the Clarence W. Wigington Pavilion.
7pm On-Site Volunteer Orientation
Meet us in front of the Clarence W. Wigington Pavilion. This orientation will include a park tour and key locations on the attendee map, our code of conduct, emergency plan, getting to the festival day of, and t-shirt pickup. We will also break into teams to meet your team lead, go through a brief overview of your role, and answer any questions you have.
