And since it’s CAA’s birthday party, there will also be cupcakes from Vegan East and dairy-free ice cream donated by Ben & Jerry’s South Minneapolis. Your taste buds won’t want to miss this!

After mingling at the reception, enjoying elegant hors d’oeuvres and tantalizing drink, you’ll be seated for the sumptuous dinner. Here’s what Root to Rise is bringing to the table:
- Warm Jackfruit Salad
- Hominy Verde Soup
- Parsnip Potato Wedges and Garlic Sauce
- Butternut Squash and Cashew Lasagna or Spinach Artichoke Soufflé (your choice!)
Note that everything is vegan and everything but the optional soufflé is gluten-free.
